1. Our Services & Safety Restrictions

1.1. We provide mobile fuel drain and rectification services specifically for vehicles where AdBlue has been incorrectly added to a diesel tank.

1.2. Roadway Safety Limits: For the safety of our technicians and the public, we do not operate or provide roadside assistance on motorways or dual carriageways.

1.3. If your vehicle is currently stranded on a motorway or a dual carriageway, you must arrange for it to be safely towed to an eligible location (such as a local A-road, side road, car park, or residential address) before our technician can attend and perform the AdBlue drain.

2. Bookings, Deposits, and Payments

2.1. To secure a mobile emergency dispatch, a payment is always required in advance.

2.2. Depending on the nature of the job, location, or timing, we will require either:

• A fixed booking deposit, or

• The full amount paid upfront.

2.3. No booking or dispatch slot is confirmed until the required deposit or full upfront payment has been successfully received and cleared.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Because we allocate dedicated time slots and immediately dispatch technicians to emergency calls, the following cancellation policies apply strictly:

3.1. If a Deposit Was Paid:

• If you choose to cancel the job for any reason after the booking has been confirmed and processed, the deposit is completely non-refundable.

3.2. If the Full Amount Was Paid Upfront:

• If you choose to cancel the job after paying the full amount upfront, 50% of the total AdBlue drain price is non-refundable to cover our administrative costs, vehicle allocation, and technician dispatch. The remaining 50% will be refunded back to your original payment method.

3.3. Failed Callouts / Inaccessible Vehicles:

• If our technician arrives at the agreed location and you are not present, the vehicle is inaccessible, or the vehicle is located on a restricted road (such as a motorway or dual carriageway) contrary to Section 1.2, this will be treated as a customer cancellation. The deposit or 50% of the upfront payment will be retained in full.

4. Customer Obligations

4.1. You must provide an accurate description of the vehicle's exact location, make and model, and an estimate of how much AdBlue was put into the diesel tank.

4.2. You must ensure the vehicle is parked in a safe, legal, and accessible area where our technician can perform chemical drainage work safely.

4.3. You must have the legal authority to commission work on the vehicle (i.e., you are the registered owner, or an authorized driver/representative).

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1. Putting AdBlue into a diesel tank can cause severe, rapid chemical damage to a vehicle’s fuel systems, seals, and high-pressure mechanical components.

5.2. Our service is strictly limited to flushing and draining the contaminated fuel tank and immediate lines. We cannot be held liable for any pre-existing mechanical damage, electronic failures, or subsequent component breakdowns caused by the AdBlue contamination prior to our arrival, or caused by the vehicle being turned on/driven before the drain.

6. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any modifications will be posted directly to this page and will apply to all bookings made after the publication date.
